So it comes as no surprise that the CUT&PASTE design competition has recognized Doug’s expertise and invited him to serve as one of their four judging panelists. We jest. A little. On October 19, thehappycorp founder, Doug Jaeger, appeared as a panelist at Yahoo!’s Creative Conference X at Dodger Stages. He was also awarded an enormous piece of purple furniture, otherwise known as the Big Idea Chair, for his stellar accomplishments as a creative entrepreneur in the digital realm.

As contending teams grow increasingly nervous for tonight’s Vending Machine Challenge, LVHRD has decided to reveal what exactly each vending machine has in store for our gastro-atheletes.

Oct 14 2005 NEW YORK, NY At 2.00 AM (EST) Beauregard H. Montgomery of the LVHRD Foundation publicly announced the competing teams in LVHRD’s Vending Machine Challenge, a dietary duel in which opposing teams are charged with the task of eating the contents of a vending machine in the shortest time possible.

On Friday nights, from 6 to 8 PM you can join your friends from thehappycorp at the Palais Royale (173 Mott Street, between Broome and Grand). It’s warm and cozy, with a mean jukebox and dangerously good drink specials. You can join the happyhustlers at the pool table, have an enormous Styrofoam cup of on-tap beer, chat with your favorite pirate, AAARRR!!!, or just take up space…However you do it, you’re invited.

On September 28th at the Marriot Times Square, Mediavest Executive Editor Tobi Elkin presented the first annual Mediapost Online All-Star award to a who’s who of the digital media space.
